드디어 시드니 라인도 신기재를 T.T AVOD equipped KE machines are to Sydney finally!!

대략 2005년 부터 신기재 광고로 염장질을 하기 시작한 대한항공은 유독 돈이
잘 안되는 시드니 노선(미주 노선에 비해 그렇다는 거지 적자 까지는 아닌듯 합니다.)에는
신기재 항공기 투입을 유독 꺼려 오더니(심지어 이번에 한국 올때도 엠비씨 드라마 '파일럿'
상영시에 도입됬을법한 기재...)

이제야 바뀌었네요... 3년만이군요.

Since circa 2005, Korean Air has been totuting its so called 'new IFE equipped fleets'
back then the fleet size was minisimal and not surprisingly such plane was limited
to the US and some European destination(note: US is KE's main market). Not as
profitable Sydney line has not received such priveilege for almost 3yrs despite some
unconfirmed rumors that service will begin soon. Not even in this Nov,when I used KE
to come back to Korea, Sydney route had this 'new IFE aircraft'.

But now that's not the case anymore, although uncertain exactly when they updated their page,
Sydney line will receive new equipment at least till 28/March next yr. This means that I will
be able to use KE's new equipment when I go to HK this week and when I go back to Sydney in Feb 09!!
AFTER THREE YEARS OF WAITING!!!
