iPhone Korea[2]: Apple already found the manager for iPhone relations in Korea? 한국향 아이폰 매니저 벌써 구했나?

I have revisited this website just then and found that website no longer displays the full time iPhone related position. On further note, there no longer are option for 'South Korea' in job search function.

This can probably mean that recruiting process has been passed over to Korean Division(as it is highly market specific), position is no longer needed due to abrupt end to discussion with the carriers in Korea or ideal candidate has been obtained already.

I certainly do not know what is the average span of the advertisement for hot jobs like this but we should wish for the last possibility! In fact this seems quite plausible as Apple had fairly succesful launch in Japan(whose users have similar preferences as Korean users in many cases). This would have allowed Korean Carriers to be certain of the commitment it has to made to the iPhone legislation wise and finance wise.

애플에서 7월 13일에 구인광고를 낸후 벌써 광고가 사라진 것을 발견했습니다. 이외에 애플의 구직란에서 한국이라는 옵션 자체가 사라진 것도 주목할 만한 점입니다. 정확히 대략 이런류의 구인 광고가 얼마나 지속되는지 모르기때문에 어떤 이유에서 이 광고가 사라진 것인지는 확측하기는 어렵지만 대략 다음 3가지 가능성으로 압축 될 듯 합니다.

1.이미 사람을 구했거나

2.한국시장에 특화된 일이라 한국 애플로 구인문제가 넘어갔거나

3.아예 이통사들과 상담이 중지되어 이 직책이 필요없어 졌을 가능성

현재로서는 1번에 상당한 신용이 갑니다. 팔기 시작한지 얼마안돼 백만대나 팔린 휴대폰을(특히 우리나라와 사용성향이 비슷한 일본도 포함) 이통사들이 무시할리가 없기 때문입니다.

아마도 이통사들의 조건 사항이 '일본에서 잘되면' 이였는지도 모르겠습니다.
